Practical over theoretical
Every article and course is built around a real scenario and a decision someone actually has to make, not an abstract principle.
Free, always
Training shouldn't sit behind a paywall for the people who need it most. Every article, course, and certificate on this site is free.
Honest about sources
Our automated news feed always credits and links to the original publisher — we summarize independently, we never republish full articles, and we say so clearly.
How we handle the automated news feed
The Latest HSE Updates section pulls headlines from official regulators and industry bodies — currently sources like UK HSE and IOGP, with others reviewed individually before being switched on. Every source is checked for a genuine RSS/API path, its licensing terms, and its robots.txt before it's ever enabled, and that review is checked again automatically at fetch time.
Summaries are written independently and are never a trimmed copy of the publisher's own description. If no summarizer is configured, we show that plainly rather than faking a summary. Every item links directly back to the original source, and nothing is published without a human reviewing it first.
The Analysis and Executive Briefing sections are different: that's original commentary, clearly written by a person, not aggregated from anywhere.
Written and edited by Myaser
HSE Hub's articles, courses, and the "Myaser's Analysis" commentary are written and reviewed by Myaser. The automated news feed and executive briefing curation are tools this site uses — the judgment behind what gets published is not.
